I have been having 1-2-1 trainings sessions for a few months now and have seen big improvements. Shane breaks down techniques so that they are really easy to understand and keeps the sessions fun with a mixture of drilling and rolling. I really enjoy the tailored approach he takes - allowing me to focus on the areas of my game I want to bring up.

A. H.Firstly I’ve got to start off by saying Shane’s technique and ability is amazing ! It’s been a pleasure being coached by Shane and in such a short space of time I’ve learnt so much. I have a martial arts background and a stand up coach myself (boxing etc) and Shane has given me an insight the life on the ground. My first session pushing me, showing me new elements of bjj and wrestling, even at the end of the session rolling with me and all my session after have ended with me rolling with himself have been awesome! I didn’t think I’d be able to stand a fighting chance in a roll anytime soon, arguably he took it very easy on me! Shane has even spoken to me about the future potential of competing and the first thing he said is “I’ll 100% be in your corner!” I would 100% recommend training and being coached by Shane Curtis superb athlete, great coach and is a great friend to have 💪🏻💪🏻thank you Shane and can’t wait for the next session and big things coming in the future !
