The whole process from choosing the kit to ordering and receiving was seamless - great patience and respect was given throughout by Mark and Angie and the team and then the icing on the cake was Matt who installed the system. Working with Daryl, and the rest of the team at Complete Communications, has been an absolute pleasure. Daryl works incredibly hard to learn the script, and his expressions are both engaging and entertaining, while also capturing the characterisations of the actors on stage – he really becomes a part of the performance. Complete Communications have also worked with us to create BSL-interpreted trailers for our BSL performances, which really help us increase our access provision in the theatre. It is clear that the team at Complete Communications are passionate about access, and want to make the arts a more inclusive space.
