Some good deals to be had, despite overcharging at the till. It goes for a good cause but then what is the point of prices on the items... Thus training on how to add up must be implemented immediately! Nonetheless, I'll still continue to bargain hunt, what a hobby ;) UPDATE 26/03/2022 Rating increase from 2 to 4 stars due to owner excellent tackling of the issue! It is superb to see things change, job well done :D

Rude customer service, I go to this charity shop often and most of the times I am served by the same person, a lady with grey hair who acts rudely, she also overcharges the items, when I pay for the same kind of stuff there and I'm served by someone else I pay less. I love this shop and I have no other bad things to say apart from the service.

One of the bigger charity shops in Plymouth, pretty empty most days so it’s nice to have a browse around. Staff are really friendly
