Community gateway association couldn't do enough for me when moving into my ground floor flat loved there little welcome pack. Also had a issue when first moved in out same day as am classed as vulnerable due to health conditions. Rent always a head with rent so I cheeky way to save money. So a Thank you

Absolutely love community gateway they aren't just a housing team they are much much more than that they go above and beyond to help people from all different backgrounds they Caring friendly and helpful they do events they help with uniforms anything . They are absolutely amazing team absolutely love them I actually volunteer for community gateway engagement team too and they also get my son involved in lots of children events they run throughout the course of the year amazing team of people and amazing at what they do . Gateway actually helped me to a charity car wash.

I rang them up with a ceiling leak that tripped my electrics and I keep marine fish and malawi cichlids. It was a Friday dinnertime but they came plumber and the electrician within the hour. Friendly on the phone and friendly employees. Thankyou gateway. X

In many ways an excellent well run organisation but one major failing. Savick shops redevelopment in 2020 will leave residents without any retail services in the local area. Many elderly people will face hardshìp. Despite efforts from councillors and MP, gateway will not resolve the problem. So only THREE STARS

One of the best housing associations in Preston offering affordable social housing was a tenant until recently had to move for personal reasons but was with this landlord for over 6 years
