I’ve been attending sessions at JTK for 5 years now and the improvement I’ve seen myself make over the years has been huge! Since attending, my confidence levels have massively gone up which can be the result of a lovely and welcoming environment that doesn’t fail to push everyone forward whilst having fun! An amazing kickboxing club to say the least!

I would highly recommend joining JTK Freestyle, I was a member for many years and only had to leave due to relocating. The club feels like a small family, everyone is very friendly, there to have a fun time and learn. The trainers are highly experienced with teaching all ages.

An all-round top-tier kickboxing club, I’ve been attending for five years now and the the progress I have seen in myself since starting never fails to surprise me. Back in 2017, I attended my first session just for fun with a couple of friends with no serious intention about carrying on for so long, I enjoyed myself so much that I ended up continuing ever since, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. JTK has such a welcoming environment where everyone’s individual strengths and weaknesses are taken into account, in order to progress and push forward while leaving no one behind. Kickboxing has now become a form of therapy for me, and is something I look forward to every week, and I couldn’t thank the amazing instructors at JTK enough for it.

It's an amazing club to learn kickboxing. I've learnt so much in the 4 years I've been there. There is different drills every week so it's never boring. The atmosphere is amazing and the teaching is really good and useful

Ayad is the most encouraging coach I’ve ever seen. He is so good with young people. He helped my daughter to overcome huge personal obstacles in a time of extreme need. I can never thank him enough for being so kind, understanding, and passionate about kickboxing. Not only has she gained confidence, she also learned self defence moves that might come in handy in the future. Thank you Ayad!! 🙏
