R. L.I have been training with Sifu Ross for over 4 years now. Since day 1 I always felt welcome and part of the family. Each club member is easy going and willing to help in improving techniques or just general fitness.
My 7 years old son became part of the club 3 years ago and he's loving his sessions. Sifu Ross has a lot of patience and is really going when talking to and training with kids. The whole structure of kids program is very well laid out and it makes them all feel welcome and gives them a sense of belonging.
Highly recommended for anyone who's new to martial arts or has a lot of experience of it.
