Went here for Physio today, very clean, airy building. Not to well sign posted inside for departments but found staff on reception very helpful and friendly. Wasn't kept waiting for my appointment. A very pleasant visit. I called into the Butchers and the bake shop and the garden/come bit of everything shop, situated on the same site, all well worth a visit.

Easy to park, disabled bays and disabled access. There's a reception if you need help at the entrance. This is a neighbourhood facility which the people of Bentlee are really lucky to have but it is used by the wider community. Has a shop, cafe and library and a health centre used for maternity services, blood tests and scans amongst others. Adjoining chemist and boulevard of shops.

It had been 10 years since I last visited Bentilee and the Neighbourhood centre (I live in Blackpool now) and nothing has changed in those 10 years. It was still nice and clean inside but the shops on the front have changed and unfortunately I have to say for the worse.

Went for a blood test. Not to hard to find. Very spacious inside so you can keep your distance. Easy to find the place you're looking for. Staff taking blood very polite and help in any way if you're nervous. Excellent staff, will always go there to have my blood taken.

Went with my daughter-in-law for her 20wk pregnancy scan and the lady's who completed the scan were just lovely, very friendly and put my Daughter-in-law at ease and reassured her everything was A OK with baby. We purchased a scan picture for £4 which could be paid by cash or card.

Only ever been for appointments but it's clean, staff are friendly, and it's fairly easy to navigate. My only gripe is that some staff don't wear their face masks properly or take them off while in the presence of patients. Also, one of the doctors I saw was rather rough with my examination and had next to no bedside manner.

Very covid aware,there is a QR code on the wall to scan.For blood tests they allow you in a few minutes before your appointment time.There are taped off areas to make it a one way system in the corridor

If you are coming here to use one of the medical services or to pay council rent, this is as good a place as any. For shopping - a lot of units are empty, but you can do a basic shop. The outdoor market is getting worse all the time, there was one stall the last time I went. The library is tiny and opening hours are odd, check before you go. There's parking and toilets. That's about it.

We found the staff on hand to be very kind and helpful. Signposting could be improved; I took along an elderly friend for a scan, and parking up to find easy access was a challenge. The building extends quite some way, and were it not for the fact that the road had been resurfaced (and therefore had not been painted up to restrict parking) it would have been a very long walk from their car park and the clinic. A fringe benefit of the size of the building is that there is a feeling of space within.

Can't actually believe how much this place has to offer. From baby scans, blood tests without much of a wait, to toddler groups and a cracking library. Bouncing bears on a Tuesday in the library is great for pre schoolers and babies to introduce music and it's free. Clean and tidy place and the staff are ways nice. Only tiny issue is parking.

The clinic looks amazing, clean, spatious. I have been here for the 20 weeks baby scan and I am not very impressed with the staff. There were 2 medical staff in the scan room, the one who did the scan was not communicative. The second lady, who was registering in the computer was really unpolite and unfriendly, no hello, not even a smile or a word, all the time she had a grumpy face, making me feel stressed. I would recommend the clinic, but not the staf.

I have given a 3 star rating as parking is appalling there, I had to park on the road and I didn't feel my car was safe. There was a 30 minute delay to see the doctor. Happy with the doctor she was brilliant.

It's a quiet place really, not much of shops but OK to grab a coffee and visit the council. Has a doctors, a dentists, boots and a library, although they state it closes at 5pm but most of the time it's closed before 2pm

Nice lady who did my partners hearing test was so kind and patience with my partner who is blind too and she explained things to her every step of the way. Only reason that its 4 stars not 5 is because there was some workmen on the roof in high vis clothing playing football on the side by the library and the noise from them running up and down the building freaked out my partner as she didnt know what was going on and it was so noisy.

It's ok. Heron, Co-op are ok for bits of shopping and co-op you can pay bills.The council 1 stop is appointments only and you can't go through the centre to get to the shops like used to. Boots chemists is v.busy. Like Dougie Mac shop, had nice pies from bakery and post office/niknaks is quiet.The café's closed down though.

Don't mind the place. Shame there are so many chavs sitting in the Indoor cafe. Maybe set them on with jobs and we could have a win win sitiation. Market outside is ok for a quick visit for pet supplies. All the rest not needed. If you don't live there you get stared at. Weird.

I have had to go to the health centre part of bentilee Neighbourhood centre for tests half a dozen times and I am always impressed how the tests always take place on time. The only problem has been parking however I found out this time that if you ignore the signpost and go up ubberley Road there is a really big car park attached to the rear of the centre.

Went here for a sonogram for my pregnancy.. The only problem I had was that I didn't see any water.. Which is daft when you need a full bladder for the scan and sheerly because pregnant women need it in general.
