H. W.Adopted our sweet cat from here. The staff are amazing. They work so hard at taking care of the animals and rehoming them. Well worth giving one of these lovely animals a new home.
C. D.We have found the cat of our dreams thanks to this place. The staff are amazing, caring and kind. Our cat was too poorly to come home and they looked after him until we could take him home. He is perfect for us and the whole process was so easy. I can't speak highly enough if them, went out of their way to let us see him over Christmas when they were closed.
G. J.We went to view Wilson the Lakeland terrier the centre is very clean and the staff are lovely and helpful (sadly we didn't adopt him as he wasn't right for us) but I would definitely adopt from their as the animals are well looked after

I'm sure they do a fine job, but whoever manages the place needs to have a think about the 'can't see the dogs policy.'
I took one of my girls there because we're considering having a dog. We go to reception and meet a lovely lady who tells us we have to fill in a form saying we're interested in a particular dog, before you can see it (just that dog, no more).
You can go and see the cats though. I don't like cats; I like dogs.
We went to the Dogs Trust in Loughborough instead, much better - they let you see the dogs. Albeit behind glass, but that's fine.
B. D.Lovely people and very welcoming. The dog we visited was a little too boisterous for us, but hopefully she will find a perfect match.
J. J.Very helpful staff. We only went to donate cat food, litter trays and cat baskets. Even though closed the staff were helpful on the phone and when we arrived they took all the donated items gratefully.

O.I have just had a dog from here I found the staff to be really nice they seemed matched the dog to myself and I have to say the match is perfect within a couple of hours my new dog had settled in. They were all polite and if you needed any advice they were there to give it even the home visit lady had lots of knowledge about the breed of dog I had chosen

B.We lost our dog recently and the staff here were very kind, we put a notice up at the kennels in case anyone spotted him, luckily we got him back the following day and the staff were very happy for us, if anyone wishes to look at the animals with a view to adoption you do have to make prior arrangements and a vetting procedure must be undertaken as there are guidelines in place for the welfare of the animals which is as it should be.
