Lovely people who really care about their jobs, and look after the many unpaid carers in the area. The centre is is a much needed oasis of calm.

Excellent organisation that helps carers and includes activities for young carers too. In normal times they have lots of activities and support groups that people attend. Currently they are moving out of their premises , however they still provide phone support and everybody there are very friendly and approachable. They can give advise and have links to other agencies that can help people. Run by lovely staff and some amazing volunteers .

The most caring people await those of you in need of support & guidance. It's like an oasis when you've struggled for so long with an unpaid caring role... Suddenly someone understands & reaches out to take the reins. They steer a course that puts you back on track finding strength, knowledge & friends along the way. North staffs carers offer free support /advice/therapies /carers breaks/support groups & more.

NSCA is a truly wonderful organisation with lovely people working to help and assist those who care for people in their home. The help and support provided is both professional and sympathetic.Being in the position of a carer myself, and having been in contact with NSCA on several occasions and have been given good advice and help l can highly recommend them to anyone who is in the position of caring for someone at home.
