This is a very pleasant place as soon as you get there, a suported housing company the apartments are all well proportioned Two bedroomed with lounge integrated kitchen wet room plus a good sized hallway including the door opened electronically with a fob as like the majority of assisted living homes it includes a dining room serving full main meals along side is a coffee room that speaks for its self along with hot and cold drinks you can get a good selection of snacks and slightly larger meals attached is a community room for holding presentations, talks, sales of clothing, meetings etc the office is also in this area with a gymnasium open to all membership required for a cost they have entertainment provided games and hobbies in the main area and organised day trips, well worth a visit if you are looking for somewhere like this for you or a relative don't worry about stairs it also has Two lifts. At the main entrance the main company offices are located.

Takes ages to answer phone calls. Takes for ages get a repair done. However if you pay the rent a few weeks late they are the first on the phone. However the house we are in is nice . There is alot of room for improvement with this company

Im waiting for a move to another area of stoke very slow process requesting a walk in shower but this seems to be a problem pretty much every where and as for a bungalow with reasonable rent there is no chance. I wish disabled people were thought of better as I am so fed up with this damp problem and need more help than we are getting.

Do not listen. Took them a year to fix a front door lock! Still waiting for landing window repair though nothing major , could be fixed in minutes! Maybe next year? Biggest problem for us is deliveries. Intercom is at back of building though the housing association say it's the front. Better to put it in full view for couriers at the front which you call the back. Poorly set out its not even got the flat numbers to each block for them to find. Just a sign with the name of the block of flats. What good is that? And when a large delivery does come its difficult to get in the back doorway (which you call the front). As the door only opens so far. The front door ( the back to you) opens outwards and is a much wider frame . I am happy with my home and like living here. But the lack of dealing with issues is very poor. But please put flat numbers on display where couriers can see them and put the intercoms on the main road side of the building. It does makes sense. Access on the car park (the back to you) doesn't always allow lorries to get in either. Lots more room other side. Ended up fixing the window myself Nov 2019. Took a few minutes. Still waiting for the job to be done November 2021!
