P. B. (.I was invited to a dinner and reception here. The venue is lovely with fine examples of exquisite local pottery art in the rooms. It is spotlessly clean.
The food is very good and is well presented. It is served by a small team of great staff.
The only downside is wheelchair access. There are a few one steps from the rear entrance and the lift is tiny - you have to remove footplates to get in.

The lack of financial investment, to refurb, to bring a smile to the place, has had a depressing effect.
Also, the standard of cuisine is no where close to being 'special'..yet, the price of food is far too much..it's unrealistic.
