c. m.We have been tenants with Trent & Dove since March 2005 and have always felt comfortable in our home and always listened to when we have had the occasional problem.
N. M.I have never had any problems with Trent and Dove. I rent a 3 bed house in Stapenhill area and they do the repairs when asked. It takes time but with covid and all, it's understandable. They have been helpful, friendly and understanding if paying rent alternatively (ie 4 monthly due to student finance etc).
R. G.They're helpful the staff are nice but they need to sort out the queuing system and return I.D to customers. Don't send originals, go In and check they are copied and given back to you. 5 months we have been waiting for our ID! Update : WE *FINALLY GOT IT BACK* they tried so hard to find it after someone took ownership of the issue👍

C. T.Need more staff on the reception counter. One person to deal with a big queue is silly. Also your repair phone is not always helpful. They give you lip service but weeks later the job is still not done
