C. H. &. L. G.I haven't been recently, although I am on my way there today. I saw the one star review and it wasn't atall a reflection of my experience, so whilst sat on the bus, I thought I would give them a positive review to help out.
I went about 18 months ago after hearing from a friend, in a Star Wars book community I moderate for, that they had a great range of Star wars books, often hard to find second hand. I was helped by a lady who went out the back and brought out every Star Wars book they had for me and I bought about 5, as that was all I could afford at the time. She was very pleasant and the store was clean, tidy and well presented. I told her how I'd come to visit and she said she had other people request the same thing, so was eager to help. I since shared my experience in the SW book group and know of several other members who took the trip shortly after, to buy some of the selection, all were happy. So overall, I can't fault this branch and hope I have some luck with Star Wars titles on todays visit!
