A very good experience with Rob and his team. 6kw Solar and battery storage system installed in the house. Initial information pack provided clear and accurate description of the system and its potential. Clear payment structure. Small technical issues during install were quickly rectified and communicated. Handover pack at the end of the install provided useful information for maintenance going forward. Cheers to Rob and the team at limitless, we love our new Solar and battery storage system.

Limitless Energy installed a Ground Source Heat Pump at our property. We were very impressed with the company. Phone calls were always returned promptly and when they said they'd call they did. Excellent service from Rob and team. Large ground source heat pump installed with 500m of trenches dug and refilled. Very friendly and approachable and answered questions promptly. I had a lot to learn about these systems and Rob was very helpful in taking me through it. Feel as if we did it together. Will never forget seeing the team emerging from a trench with mud up to their necks and hosing each other down.

We had an air source heatpump installed by Rob and his team. Before we made that decision, Rob gave us a lot of useful and knowledgeable advice and talked us through the process. While carrying out the work, his heating engineers were very friendly and happily followed our special requests (such as keeping the doors shut to keep the neighbours' cats out of the house). After the installation was completed, we received a simple step by step guide of the RHI application with which completing the form was a breeze! The heatpump itself works perfectly so far and is surprisingly quiet while it runs. Over all, we are glad that we now have a zero carbon heating (as our electricity provider is 100% renewable), and that we went with Rob to do the installation.

A excellent system which provides an even ambient temperature throughout our (large) house. As a replacement for a solid fuel system it is clean quiet and efficient. The installation was efficient and minimally disruptive. A very professional team. All costs were clear up front and there weren’t any hidden extras. All work was completed on time and as promised. Definitely would recommend Rob & co. We now use green electricity through Octopus and have made significant savings compared with our previous supplier. Total energy costs for the year likely to be down at least 10% on previous years.

Excellent service provided by Rob and his team to replace our LPG heating system with a renewable energy system. The new air source heat pump provides us with an ambient and comfortable heat throughout our house, with plentiful hot water. From the start the whole process was straight forward, Rob visited us on a number of occasions before installation and explained everything to us. He provided us with a detailed analysis of his survey of our property and proposed work and the costings. I felt confident in the information he provided due to his knowledge, beliefs and professionalism. No question was too small for him to answer and explain to us. Rob and team at Limitless Energy replaced my old oil boiler with an Air source heat pump and solar panels to compliment it. From start to finish the team were all very polite, courteous and respectful of my home, always turned up on time and kept me informed of progress. Everything that was promised at the point of sale was carried out and nothing was to much trouble for them. Price wise I found them very similar to competitors, however the level of detail surrounding the planning and installation of the ASHP far exceeded other quotes and really gave the impression that they wanted to fit something to last and fit for purpose not just to make money and move to next job. I would highly recommend Limitless Energy.

We had a ground source heat pump installed by Limitless Energy in August 2019. The installation work was done on the agreed dates, was very efficient and was completed within 6 days. Rob and his team have been very helpful and Rob has promptly answered any questions we've had throughout the process. When choosing an installer, I found it helpful that the quote provided by Rob includes all aspects of the work with no hidden extras and no requirement for the customer to arrange any contractors. My RHI application was accepted with no problems.
