Excellent place run mainly by volunteers, a few paid workers, taking on the slack and disgusting state of the mental health system here in this country. Wonderful people who work there, self referral is recommended or from medical profession. Only available certain times and days owing to limit placed by staff numbers and client needs. Great Support and advice service.
