If you have problems with inflammation;
Disc bulge, diabetic sores that won't heal, nerve pain or other problems and nothing the NHS helps, you should read up on HBOT hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
I go as NHS option was morphine and disc operation. This calms and resolved my back/leg pain in a few sessions.
If you're a long covid sufferer, I would suggest you try it.
At 2 bar Oxygen is absorbed by your body fluid and not just your red blood cells.
Your whole body is flooded with upto 20x the normal level. Tendons, nerves, stem cells all start to self repair.
This place is a unknown gem 💎 in Swindon.
Every town/city should have a HBOT therapy centre.

The volunteers running the Oxygen therapy chamber are doing a wonderful job which helps my son with his treatment for M S. Many thanks for all your work.

The MS Centre is a wonderful organisation and welcoming. Designed to cater for those with MS by way of community, yoga, physio etc. it also has two oxygen compression chambers going 'down' to a maximum of 33ft. Anyone with a sports injury might benefit from compression sessions too and it can also help diabetic leg ulcers improve but general well being is also noticeably boosted.

This is a god send for people with lumbar disc problems or muscle/bone inflammation.
Has acute piriformis syndrome then disc injury from NHS therapist putting his elbow in small of my back..
NHS offered mri guided injection 💉 to numb relieve my psiatica nerve.
HBOT calmed it down with just 2 sessions.
