Ioanna is a wonderful, engaging, sign language teacher, she creates a welcoming, relaxed and friendly environment for learning and having fun with baby. The classes have a good balance of new information and repetition for familiarity. Having completed baby signing basics 1 we have a good range of basic signs that we use regularly and baby recognises. We are looking forward to completing part 2. it is so lovely to be able to communicate in this way with baby and know we are enabling her to let us know her wants and needs.

THE best class I could have hoped for. Ioanna is super professional and experienced. My baby girl loves going to sign class to learn songs and signs, meet other babies, and play with bubbles. Ioanna helps create a very comfortable and safe space for both babies and mamas; which is super important to help both babies and mamas learn from each other and talk about our struggles, specially as first time parents during a pandemic. Ioanna genuinely loves teaching baby signing and my little girl was very happy to see her every week and learn new songs! The lessons are well structured and you can tell there has been a lot of thought and hard work behind the online materials. We started Baby Signing with Ioanna over 2 years ago and are signing with her ever since. First in face to face classes, then - as the pandemic hit- online. Ioanna is an amazing teacher, very kind, patient and engaging. You can feel that she loves what she is doing and she has profound knowledge of signing. Baby Signing is not only fun, it also helps us communicating with our children ever day. When my daughter was a baby she could sign what was wrong with her when she was upset or what animal she spotted when she was pointing somewhere. Even now, although she is talking all day long, it is still a great life skill. My five year old will sign through the window at her swimming class to tell me how she is doing. My two year old will complain about her meal even though her mouth is full 😂 I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to sign with Ioanna. My children adore her and are looking forward to every single class.

We love going to Ioanna's baby signing class each week. Ioanna really gets to know and includes everyone there. I can't believe how many signs we have learnt over the first six weeks. I wasn't sure I would be able to remember them but Ioanna teaches them in a way that you learn them without realising. It's great now seeing my little girl react to some of the signs I do at home so I know she is undertanding them and will soon start signing back. Baby signing is such a great skill to help your little one communicate. We've just started another term, it's great to be back, thanks Ioanna 😁

Ioanna is friendly, engaging and brings fun to each session. My little one loves the the familiar songs with the added joy of movement(signing) and I find the new signs in each session well presented and easy to retain. It’s a real highlight of our week.
