Great venue for parties, grew up in Dawley I must say that it has changed over the years I'm which now I don't feel safe walking down the street!. However this place is cheap to hire, bar staff are lovely drinks can be a tad expensive and facilities are outdated however if you put some money into the venue you will have a great turn out. A long stay carpark is right by the venue which is great for people traveling! Some great food down the high street to depending where you go! The only criticism is that Dawley should put more money into the royal British legion and make it look like new this * DOESN'T MEAN* to knock it down though to rebuild!

Went to the Sunday night live entertainment. Brilliant night. The singer Alan Williams was excellent. Good dance floor. Very welcoming friendly people. A lovely sized room, spotlessly clean building. Bar staff very busy but very good and extremely friendly. Enjoyable evening good entertainment and dancing. Ample parking.

Ideal for children's parties, cheap, it's an institution. But it's looking tired and needs a revamp. Sad really that these legion clubs that honour the Brave soldiers who fought in campaigns for Britain up and down the country are neglected.

Had a party here for my daughters 11th Birthday. Room is a perfect size with a great size enclosed garden. Staff were very friendly also, will definitely be using again x

Small public room/bar at the front of the building is ideal for friendly quiet drinks with mates or small events such as a funeral wake (which is what tend to hire it for). They do have events on in the larger function room at the back of the building, but non since the start of covid restrictions

Been here a few times for different parties and celebrations, great place and plenty of room for many guests as well. The staff are friendly as well, just on the last trip they didn't take care but there is an ATM near by. Plenty of parking as well and easily Accessible for disabled people as well. Easy to find as well.
