Sue and all the team Heart of the South Care were amazing to work for. They care about their staff as well as the clients. It’s not about the money here it’s about the service users they support and what they can do for them. I would recommend Heart of the South Care to anyone either looking for work or needing Care. Fantastic company to work for, very supportive to staff and clients, having worked for various care organisations, this is the first I've come across where the management really care about staff and clients and not just about making money. My son has been using hots for 4 years now and we are more than happy with the support hots gave given our family they do not only support our son they also support us in so many ways the list goes on and on , my son has Adhd and asd and learning diffcults and challenging behaviour, the staff support him to clean his room make his lunch and help him with support with sailing . Bowling , swimming, golf etc they also support him with life skills dealing with money and working on social skill with out hots we would not cope with day to day things they are a great support to us

My name is Kain and I have Cerebral Palsy. I'm the guitarist and frontman of the rock band “KAIN’S TORMENT” which is based in Cownwall. So being in a rock band it goes without saying I personally find it very hard to follow most rules, so when the time came when I actually needed a Care Agency for me care needs I truly thought my life would be over as you always hear about Care Agencies having so much red tape and too many rules etc. Choosing to go with Heart Of The South - Care Agency was the best move I have ever made. Sure they have red tape and rules but their rules are never in your face and Heart Of The South just feels so natural to the point where I’ve just come back from camping at a very hardcore rock festival, and not once did I think “Oh Christ I’m gonna get in trouble with the agency for this”…. Nothing in life is perfect but if you ever find yourself needing a care agency then Heart Of The South is the next best thing to perfect, as you’ll still be able to live your life to the max and it will feel natural at the same time.

What a great company to work for , I have been a support worker with heart of the south for 18 months , I can’t praise them enough , they have been lovely to work for, when ever I needed to talk to them or have a problem I know that they are always on the end of the phone and I know that I can go into the office anytime and always get a very warm welcome , they are a fantastic company to work for as not only do they put the clients first they also put us carers first also, not many companies do this and that’s why Heart Of The South is a fantastic brilliant place to work , the office ladies are lovely and easy to speak to and the manager is lovely she cares about her staff and her door is always open , Great place to work ❤️❤️
