When I started as a volunteer at making space my mental health was spiralling out of control, I was in and out of hospital, anxious and felt very alone. My superviser Liz has been outstanding encouraging me every step of the way and giving me the opportunity to get involved with lots of different events. Volunteering for making space as boosted my confidence loads to the point I was confident enough to apply for a job, I now work full time as a support worker for those with learning disabilities and mental health issues, but continue volunteering for the organization that gave me the support, encouragement and confidence to follow my dreams. I will forever be greatful to making space and I look forward to what the future holds as a volunteer 😁

Very well equipped and supportive Mental Health Drop in Centre. Plenty of activities on, Garden, Meals, Hot Drinks & Snacks.

Making Space is an absolute pleasure to work with, we have filmed with them on several occasions either in Warrington or at different locations. The service users answers to questions are always mentioning valuing the relationship between client and service.
