So sort of stumbled upon WSG by chance having met Rob at an ASW open mat, and immediately thought what a top bloke he was both on and of the mat. We got chatting and he mentioned he runs a class on Weds and Fri which was ideal as sometimes due to work commitments I can't make the nogi classes at ASW on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so this seemed a great fit. So glad I made the decision to drop in as this has become the grappling equivalent of my local! Whenever I drop in I'm always made to feel super welcome, everyone's pleased to see you and the equivalent of the food (facilities) and beer (coaching) are really good! You're also getting great value for money, as pretty much every time I go Rob has ended up staying late to go through extra stuff with me and a few others, which he doesn't have to do but just gives you an idea of the calibre of the bloke. All this time is clearly paying off as having rolled with some of his students, I was really impressed and I don't think it's coincidence that I've seen some other known savages from other local clubs giving WSG a try which just reinforces my view that its an excellent club and if you're in Warrington or the nearby area you should definitely stop in for a visit.

I attended a seminar here. It’s a really relaxed environment with a very friendly/approachable coach. I’d highly recommend.

Amazing place to train, I've started going here 3 years ago for my first ever Jiu-jitsu class and never stopped because of the coaches detail to techniques and great atmosphere among everyone on the mat!
