D. P.Im lucky enough to live on the Goldsworth Park lake. The community centre is a lovely building with many rooms. I know a nursery is in there, plus educational classes. I dont know if they do private functions anymore, but it would be a wonderful place to have any event. There is loads of parking. There are loads of fishing pegs around the lake, you can get a day ticket for about £8. The walk around the lake is roughly 1 mile. Walkers, joggers and cyclists take advantage of this. Love the place
j. m.Nice quiet place with kids playground and outdoor fitness equipment. The lake is really beautiful surrounded by trees and a running pathway. It has a nice carpark with lots of spaces and there are also toilets available. Waitrose shop, pub and pizza just steps away from the path. Enjoy

S. S.Love it. Park in Waitrose car park (3 hours/free). Buy a hot chocolate at Costa, walk halfway around lake, go to a great park with good toilets next to it, go around the other side of the lake back to car park by Waitrose where you can pick up some essentials before heading home!! You can also park directly by park in Wishbone Way carpark.
S. F.Lovely small playground and nice easy walk around the pond takes about 10-15minutes. Could do with a toilet near the park.
