What an unbelievable little cricket club with some very modern facilities. I remember playing here about twenty years ago when the club was actually across the road. Now there is a fantastic new clubhouse and bar and two cricket pitches where one can spectate on two matches at the same time. Although the buildings are modern they sit in within the local environment very well. Was visiting the club with the Nepotists CC.

amazing young players with great attitude, some of adults could learn a few things from them.

The new clubhouse is a huge enhancement to Valley End. Our son played a game in the howling wind, but no rain (which instead hit at 18:00).
The coaching is very good, regularly with 1st team players, as well as retired types. 3 pitches. 4 nets (2 during COVID).
If anyone asked me where the best cricket club in this area was I would say Valley End.

Probably the best kept secret in English cricket today. A Surrey premier league club tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas of the county. Friendly, deceivingly informal and community focussed, yet the standards of cricket and coaching are extremely high. Just imagine what it could do if it had more funding...

My team, the Washington Cricket Club (Belsize Park) were lucky enough to have a game at the wonderful Valley End CC against the Old Horsellonians. Great hosts and they play excellent cricket. We hope to come back next year! Thanks!
