L. t.5 stars. All the staff was lovely. Explained everything that was about to happen with a caring and calming way.
I have Never had a bad experience with any treatment or appointment at the hospital.
k.Managed to find the last space on the car park by going an hour early. Paul, who carried out the tests in neurophysiology was brilliant and we were leaving before the appointment time.

T. B.Don't listen to gossip and unfortunate media reviews, the staff are trying their very best in a pressured environment,with inadequate funding and a never ending overload of patient's be fair after all your option is too pay for private care.
I greatful for all the professional care given by all staff, I have only had overnight care once, but both my mother and father have been in for longer, and I'm glad too stand up for the staff and hospital as bad news is repeated but how about happy and thank you as I'm sure I'm not the only greatful person.

T. P.Sorry I can't say much as my dad passed away after contracting covid whilst in hospital. Staff were amazing and are doing an amazing job but dad didn't go in with covid he caught it there

W. N.My daughter was in having her first baby she had to stay over night on anti nat they let me stay with her then delivery then post nat and we were treated with respect and and she was looked after with the upmost care thank you Worcester hospital maternity
W. B.Hospital is very clean, staff helpful and friendly. Usual hosp. depts. ......small shop for food, cards, gifts, papers etc:-......fruit stall at main entrance...costa coffee ... visiting stalls inside for items such as books, jewellery, clothing etc:- (on a rotating basis). Only one main downfall is parking. Allow LOTS of time to find space. (usually ok if you go there up to 8 am after that spaces are hard to find). Bus stops right outside hosp.
A. S.These people work under extreme pressure and deserve a huge pay rise. They save lives and there is no greater worth in a person. Bravo people. Keep up the good work in the face of adversity!

V. M.There is not enough hand sanitizer walking to and from different wards the shop is very expensive and the parking is horrendous and expensive and the bus service to get to the hospital is really bad
