I absolutely love training at Centreline, I try to get down there as much as I can as I find it helps with my mind and obviously keeps me fit. Just the best bunch of people all training together creates such a beautiful atmosphere. I was never into team sports and struggled finding activities to keep me fit while I was growing up, I just wish I had found BJJ sooner in life!

Been thinking about getting into BJJ for a while, after 10+ years of boxing and I can honestly say I'm glad I have found Centre Line in Worthing. Miad and Howard are two great instructors, very knowledgeable and always helpful. Along with the members, they have created a supportive, friendly and ego free environment. I particularly like the balance of technique and rolling. I was also given a discount as I work in front line NHS, and that gesture tells a lot about their attitude. Have learnt a lot already and hope to keep learning for years to come. I would highly recommend Centre Line to anyone.

My husband and son attend this gym. I can honestly say it’s been the best decision we’ve made sending our son here. Not only does he get quality time to train with his dad, he also adores meyad and howard. The way in which they teach gives him a real confidence boost. All the other members are very welcoming and supportive of him and he’s honestly not stopped talking about it since the first session. My husband enjoys having a chance to socialise and partake in a sport he loves. It’s his time to switch off from life and relax. My sons fitness, mental, and social skills are all really improving. Been training here at centreline for a little while now and feel very welcome because of the friendly coaches and friendly training partners of different age, gender and experience it’s very unlikely you aren’t going to feel welcome. The instruction is taught in good detail and rolling afterwards is always fun.

Excellent club, black belt always present in classes. Great mat space and quality mats you'll rarely find in other clubs. Good level of techniques and fundamentals that are also very beginner friendly. Howard and Miad are very professional and friendly instructors. Both have a wealth of experience from other martial arts.
