M. L.We recently celebrated the Christening of our son in Heene Community Centre and venue was great for us. We had 2 connecting rooms which was perfect. The staff were all so helpful from viewing the place to decorating till the end of our party. A big shoutout to Tom who assisted us and to the caretaker during the event, sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful and kind despite the kids running and shouting around the room while he was setting up. Thank you again to all and we will definitely be back for our next occasion! They have a lovely room with downstairs connected to the garden which looks amazing for a children’s party.

Heene Community Centre was the perfect location with parking, staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much.

A. F.As Adam The Magic Music Man I recently performed a kids cabaret show for a 5 year old birthday. It was upstairs but there was a lift on hand to transport my equipment up. There is a large car park and good access.
B. J.Excellent venue with friendly staff, catered for our every wish and worked with us for the parts we wanted to do ourselves. Very relaxed atmosphere which was just what we wanted. Set the food up for us and helped to clear away as well. Gave us our perfect day.
L. M.I Organised to have my daughters birthday party in the Shakespeare hall which was easy to book via email. Quick response from all staff involved. Hall was very spacious and access to outside space and kitchen area plus parking for guests. We had a bouncy castle in the hall which was more than big enough to accommodate this - things couldn’t have gone smoother! The staff on site were very helpful. A great experience, my daughter had such a great birthday party. Thank you guys!
A. R.We booked out the Centre for a birthday party for my 4 year old. It's a great space and the outdoor space and playground went down particularly well with the kids. Our caretaker Guy was very polite and helpful. We had a wonderful day and would definitely book the space again in future for similar events.
E. D.We held our daughters birthday party at Heene. Lovely, spacious room that opened up onto the enclosed garden so the children could play freely. The facilities were great and the experience received from the staff was excellent (in particular the caretaker Steve). Would highly recommend.
t. J.Heene Road Community Hall was an excellent choice for my husband and I to hold our 30th wedding anniversary. There was plenty of room for our guests and the staff were most helpful.
We had their cafe do the catering for us and we lovely fresh, tasty food. Joanne kept an eye on the food and drink to make sure it was always replenished.
We were very happy with the service.
d. r.We hired the Shakespeare Hall for our 5 year olds birthday party with a bouncy castle. It was lovely and spacious and the kids loved being able to run around outside on the play equipment. The staff were very helpful and having the use of the kitchen was great for the adults to help themselves to hot drinks. Thank you for a great afternoon we would definitely recommend this venue.
C. R.Heene Community Centre is a wonderful place. I was there for the Summer Fayre as a stall holder. Everyone I spoke to were kind and helpful and it was a pleasure to be there. It was a wonderful, well organised, event packed full of entertainment and fun things to do and see.
