D. H.It was good to pop in on bank Holiday Monday not too many people in
Good place for any kind of party in their concert room.
Nice to sit outside with the new furniture on the patio.
They have nearly finished a family area patio around the back which is looking good already,I'll post photos when it's finished.
A. B.This bar is the most reasonably priced in Haxby, especially with a membership card (just ask for squeeky). As the name suggests it features big screens, gaming machines, a snooker room and a pool table. Although it appeals to a mixed clientele it is frequented by a younger crowd more recently. They have regular live music and comedy events in the function rooms. No dogs allowed. Nice outside smoking area.
b. t.Went to play snooker and found it to be on a quiet room so was able to enjoy a few frames.
The place was busy as the name implies there were plenty watching the sports on the screens.

D. B.The club has been refurbished and is far more spacious . It boasts a stage and dancefloor and has lots of large TVs and sport. The beer is cheaper than local pubs !

R.Something for everyone who is interested in viewing sports on tv as there are several tvs each with a different category e.g. rugby ,football, darts, snooker , horse racing depending on what is being broadcast at the time. The club is open plan but with different sections including a pool table though the snooker room is totally separate. It has a "walk in" bar but also is CIU affiliated with 4 teams playing snooker the York leagues & a team in the pool league as well as team & individual kos. There is a fairly large free car park immediately outside the main entrance but it is a very popular venue which gets pretty busy on evenings & weekends
