I recently sold an apartment and I have to say that the service, professionalism and diligence of Victoria Sayers and Mark Green was second to none. They were on the ball and kept me fully informed at each twist and turn. My case was complicated by the developer having failed to identify the entrance lobby to my apartment with land registry 14 years ago. Burns and Co took care of everything and their input in no short part led to the developer coughing up for part of the costs of the deed of rectification. No hesitation in recommending Burns and Co.
