I have used Brian's services on 2 occasions. One on the purchase of my first house and secondly on the remortgage of the same property. He was brilliant. During the remortgage he had the funds collected and released to me in no time. I was raising capital to purchase another residential and I never felt the need to chase or query what was going on. Fantastic work from Brian. I would highly recommend.
