P. M.Exceptionally pleased with the level of service we received while using Rafferty McGrath as our solicitors for a house purchase. We were dealing with Paddy.
Here's why:
1. Quotes delivered fast, and accurate to final sum. No nasty surprises.
2. Responsive- any queries we had were handled on the same day if not immediately on the phone. No running around or chasing. Reception staff also extremely helpful.
3. Accomodating - had a change in personal circumstances making it harder to attend at the office and they were above and beyond in terms of accomodating.
4. Helpful - Never felt rushed off the phone. And legal matters were explained in full.
I will absolutely be using their services in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
