Buying a house can be complicated especially for a first time buyer, but Wilson-Nesbitt made the paperwork a seamless process. Our specialist April was prompt, clear and patiently answered all our questions. She was fully committed towards closing the sale in a timely and smooth manner. All the paperwork was organised before it was posted. All we had to do was sign and send it back. There were no delays despite there being additional paperwork as we are not UK citizens. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for helping us purchase our lovely first home!
