I am very happy regarding the service from Accident Direct Claims! They always answer the phone very quickly and are there to help. Before going through with the claim I received Free Advice, at their office, which was very useful and good information as I was not sure on how to deal with my accident. I have also been provided credit hire from them, the vehicle was excellent and things were explained to me with care. Would recommend them to friends and family and definitely will be using them again in the future if I am in need of any help.
