D. S.I had a Prohibited Steps Order, Child Act Order and a Non-Molestation Order against me. I lost all contact with my Daughter, I was in a bad place.
I was referred to Mr Hayat, a very elegant and understanding professional. Always thinking strategically, always available to advise and guide. He immediately got to work and removed the Non-Molestation order, fought relentlessly and had proven all the allegations against me as false. Today I had my Final Hearing, what a result!
I now see my Daughter every weekend with overnight contact, 50/50 holidays and the Prohibited Steps Order discharged.
