I was involved in a road traffic accident whilst driving a company vehicle where the 3rd party pulled out of side junction without looking. The occupants of the vehicle eventually left the scene on foot as their vehicle was immobile. I was not able to gather the details from the driver as I suffered several injuries, I left the scene with pictures of the vehicles and their registration. The police and ambulance were called by local residents and I was rushed to hospital knowing I did not have a detailed description of the occupants. Although my company reviewed the dash cam footage from all angles and agreed I was not at fault they stated I would need to secure personal legal assistance for injuries and losses. I contacted claim time solicitors days after my meeting with senior management. I liaised with Hardip Kainth and explained I posses both vehicle registrations, police reference numbers and dash cam footage. I was assured the information available was sufficient to search and locate the 3rd party insurance company. Hardip was kind enough to explore all my options and circumstances at the time, I advised my new employment would be delayed for the foreseeable future and my earnings decreased from my employer at the time. Hardip assured me he would explore all lost earnings from current and prospective employers as I accepted the new job and received my contract before the road traffic accident. I was contacted my Hardip once he received a response from the 3rd party admitting liability, I was then referred for a medical examination and received offers for injuries. Hardip presented all his findings and available options to me very simply. He provided very detailed information about my accrued losses to ensure I was happy with the projections sent to the 3rd party. Hardrip was able to secure a payment for injuries and projected losses over a several month period where I received written correspondence and payment shortly after. This incident negatively altered my life for sometime, I went on to start my new employment and left my previous role as they did not support me legally. I would highly recommend Claim time solicitors, I only have kind words and positive feedback for Hardip Kanith and assistance he provided during the very complicated set of circumstances.
