Firstly, the communication with us was faultless. Everytime I phoned, he answered straight away, and promptly replied to any email queries. As this was the first time I was personally dealing with buying and selling a house, Samir was reassuring and understood any concerns and questions I had. The solicitors in the chain were not the most cooperative but Samir dealt well with them and if I was getting anxious, he would make sure he dealt with any concerns.
