M. M.I used Rhys Moss to sell and also purchase a new house, we had some issues with the new house that really needed a good solicitor. He gave us good advice and was right on the ball. My sister also used him on a number of sales after me and she was equally impressed.
If you are in the Great Barr area and buying or selling asked for Rhys.
Not all solicitors are the same and if you get a bad one that can make your life very difficult.
Lastly a very nice guy to deal with!!
L. L.Rhys Moss and his conveyancing team recently helped me for redeem my help to buy loan and do remortgage my house. During last month as regards all interest rate gone up I was in really frustrating situation, It was short time to finish the process and start my new mortgage offer with good interest rate, which if I loose the time I should get really high interest rate on new mortgage offer, I didn’t really expect he can finish all process in really short time, but he did. He is the best. The service was swift, professional and complete and the fact he was contactable and helpful made things all very easy.
