I searched for a No win No fee solicitor for an employment issue. I found LIME... I called and Lucy answered. Lucy was so kind and empathic in her response and she gave me 30 mins to talk through what had happened. It was "a lot". Lucy listened so intently... I remembered her. Then I received an email stating that LIME would take up a NoWin NoFee... and that they would want to take a percentage in return but that that would be only after they had succeeded in a certain amount... then any funds thereafter would be charged at their agreed percentage... I considered their offer but also discussed my situation. I decided to go with the Settlement offer made by my company... it had been dragging on for 20months... I was tired... I needed to move on. I needed a solicitor. I had spoken with 2 other solicitors, one with my Union, one other online... neither had been as "kind as Lucy"... Lucy at LIME won the deal for looking over my Settlement. I was put in touch with Neha Thethi... again a "kind and thoughtful but very Professional, no nonsense, Solicitor. I appreciated her frankness and her ability to stay focussed. When I needed to speak and became a little emotional, she was willing to give me that time and let me get things off my chest... this helped in my healing and confirmed "within me" that I was making the right decision at this time. I am now happily awaiting the conclusion and will be free to breathe again and spread my wings. I felt heard and understood. Neha's ability to bring things to a Professional and swift close were demonstrated well. She spoke with the company on a delicate matter within the Settlement that I felt was indemnifying me pre signing. Neha was able to talk this through with the company representative, whereby she pointed out the concerns we all had and stated that she couldn't recommend that I sign the document unless the company changed certain wording for me. I have never used a solicitors for a claim before so I didn't know where to start or what to expect. In the end I am sure I made a good choice. I started my claim with Cycling SOS which was part of a group that Lime acquired. From the start of my claim, through developments which changed it completely and operational changes I was always dealt with professionally.
