After finding myself in a extremely vulnerable position due to false allegations I contacted Purcell Parker to advise me at the police station interview. From the first point of contact to the closing of the case by the police, the solicitor from the firm Tieran Davis was responsive ,clear and supportive. He gave me invaluable advice that helped me get my side of the story across to the investigating officer. After the interview Tieran continued to support me by giving me prompt advice (within the 1hr) via email. Excellent work conducted by Spencer Stephens and Wendy Lawley who collectively filed for Section.8 persuading Prosecution to disclose evidence held against me. Prosecution had false evidence from the complaint (Sakhi Rezaie) which was used to frame me as I blew the whistle of his crypo-fraud scheme. He still continues to pursue and defraud money from victims across the country. I was acquitted earlier this month. Can't thank them enough for their efforts..

In March 2014 my youngest son foolishly decided, after consuming copious amounts of alcohol, to drive his car home in spite of the fact he had accommodation provided at the hotel where we were staying after a day shooting. We believe he had an argument with an elder brother which led to this poor decision being made. He was summoned to appear before Birmingham magistrates on the 2nd of April 2014 and I chose Purcell Parker, purely by chance, to represent him in court. What a stroke of luck. Mr Parker was our solicitor and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very understanding, sympathetic, pragmatic,and kind to our family who came down to support our son. In court he was eloquent and persuasive to the magistrates who handed our son a 12 month ban less 3 months if a course for miscreants is completed. This was a result because he could have been banned for 3 years with a large fine. We were very very impressed by Mr Parker. Believe me, I have been in business for 40 years and my experience with solicitors dealing with my business affairs has been dreadful. What a breath of fresh air.Thank you once again Mr Parker.

From dave being at the police station with me and Chris representin me through my trial Chris is incredible at his job and talked through everything that was going to happen and also dealing with an assualt that happened whilst at court.
