Alimou Jobe at sultan Lloyds I will be really honest here alimou went above and beyond for me and my husband some times she was busy but I only called to when I wanted to mone, but every-time it was pointless as everything was in place and alimou got right back to me, as seeing the bad reviews on here really set me back and was very worried after seeing them when already paid, but everything was done professionally I was just nervous after seeing reviews, all the work was done correctly and on time we first did the section s120 in November then we got married on the 30.12.2020 then my partner did his family route visa on the 11.01.2021 we went for are finger prints today 11am 23.01.2021 and my husband got leave to remain by 1pm. A professional, friendly, understanding and a reputable law firm. A special thanks to Alima Jobe, who has helped me obtain my UK Residency Card (Indefinite Leave) which was rejected at first due to various reasons that the Home Office claimed that I was not exercising 'Treaty Rights', such as not earning a minimum thresholder (which is not required under the EEA Regulations), my P60s, P45s were copies and not genuine slips (I have explained in my application that my employments slips are received via emails) and that I did not have private health insurance (which is not needed if the application is done via the EEA workers route). I was advised that I was exercising Treaty Rights and had all the documents to prove it, hence an appeal was made to the court. Over a year of waiting for the hearing, the Judge has allowed the appeal and I was granted the UK Residency Card. During the stressful application and court hearing time, Alima Jobe was very understanding and has kindly answered various questions/ doubts that I had and has ensured me that my case was strong and that there were no genuine reasons why my application was rejected. Alima has advised me that there were similar cases to mine where the appellants won their cases and was granted the Permanent Residence, which gave me great confidence when appealing at the court. I am now in the process of applying for the Naturalization has the judge has allowed my appeal and I have requested Alima to take my case on as I have full confidence in the service and results.
