We were so grateful to Kara Oran for taking on our case immediately and dealing with our conveyancing extremely fast and efficiently. Despite all our problems Kara enabled us to complete only 1 week later than originally planned which was nothing short of remarkable. We have used the legal services of Lester Aldridge Bournemouth on three occasions: to purchase a property to extend our current home, remortgage and make our wills. I can not speak highly enough of Sarah Brown and the conveyancing service she and her team provided. Sarah was constantly working to move through our conveyancing and remortgaging processes dealing with each step without delay and keeping us informed of progress. She was always quick and thorough in responding to our questions. She was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. We were recommended Sarah’s services by my mortgage broker; we would have no hesitation in recommending her first class service to others. Our will writing was undertaken by Mollie Harris. These were the first wills my husband and I had made. Mollie was very patient in answering all of our questions and gave us sound advice so we could make informed decisions about each part of our wills. Mollie made the process of writing our wills quick and easy, and again, we would happily recommend her excellent service. In conclusion, the conveyancing and will writing services that we were provided by Lester Aldridge were first class. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The cost we were quoted for each service that we used was the price we paid. The Bournemouth office was accessible and we were always able to park on site when we visited. I can not recommend the staff and services at Lester Aldridge highly enough.

They haven't put a foot wrong. I have now used LA to (i) sell a flat in Salisbury (ii) sell a house in Croydon (iii) buy a house in Sussex. Every time I have been impressed with Sarah and her team in conveyancing. She arrives in the office on time, doesn't leave till late afternoon, and almost always answers her own direct line herself. On the rare occasions she has a day off there is always someone competent to answer questions or chase up a problem in her place. Fees are very reasonable, just a fraction of what I have to pay the estate agent.
