I recently had a tricky sale/lease extension/purchase combo that was handled by Rawlins Davy. Due to some issues at my buyer's solicitor, the process was far longer than it should have been. However, Rawlins Davy acted in the most professional and thoughtful manner possible - taking time to answer my queries with measured, understandable responses, and offering excellent advice to ensure we continued to make progress even when the outlook was bleak. I'm very impressed with the way they took a personal interest in my process, and I never felt that what I was asking was too much trouble. Becky and Alex were particularly excellent, and are a credit to the team.

I am the owner of five Guest houses that I have purchased/sold in BH1 over the last fifteen years and have sort advice on a variety of issues from Daniel Stanton ranging form Hotel conveyancing, Commercial lease agreements, Planning advice, HMO licensing and Commercial Loans. I have found the legal advice Daniel offered on a whole range of hotel issues excellent and would recommend him without hesitation. His knowledge of not only the law but also the hospitality business in general provides a unique service that I really could not have done without. I also so used Daniels colleague Alex Crabbe for drafting a tenancy agreement template on a block of flats. This service was excellent and would again recommend him for this type of work.

We recently used Rawlins Davy, and specifically Sue Gardiner for a very complex conveyancing. We purchased a 3 flat property with the intention of converting it to a single dwelling. On top of having 4 title deeds and multiple land registry issues we had a number of issues created by the seller, and the 2 different solicitors employed by the vendors of the property!! A huge amount of convoluted work that I'm sure Sue doesn't get to see but she kept us well-informed throughout and has a tenacity that I appreciate in a modern world of red tape and un-necessary hurdles. On top of that she's managed the sale of our property very nicely also. Catherine, her aide was always able to provide updates when Sue was unavailable. Thanks for a great service and the hard work.
