I used Leah Moore's team for conveyancing as a first time buyer and I have to say, everyone I dealt with was fantastic. They were efficient and chased my lenders for me when needed. They also processed completion early on the day in question, so I was able to collect my keys as early as 10:30. After hearing horror stories from friends going through the same process, I was relieved I chose Leah and her team.

Howells are one of the most efficient solicitors I have ever experienced. Their communication is superb and they always did everything as quick as possible to ensure I had the best service. My emails would be responded to almost immediately or certainly within the hour. Staff are very friendly and can't do enough to help you.
