Renaissance Legal have been brilliant. We had a zoom meeting with Philip Warford which gave us the chance to talk through our particular situation and to receive invaluable advice. We discussed new wills, letters of wishes and a family trust all of which were very carefully written up for us. Everything was explained in detail and questions were answered promptly. Renaissance Legal could not have been more helpful in ensuring we can protect our son’s inheritance by setting up a Trust alongside our Wills. These lovely people fully recognise that those with statutory disabilities are at a disadvantage, being forced to use any inheritance to pay for their care, which absolutely isn’t right. Nothing is a problem for them though to make sure our loved ones benefit properly as they should do. Putting such important things like this is writing is hard.....REALLY hard.
