IF YOU WANT A SOLICITOR THAT GETS THE JOB DONE, THEN INSTRUCT SUSSEX LAW! Id like to thank all the staff at Sussex Law for all of their help, advice and support, in particular, Jane Cole. I exchanged on my first home yesterday, and I genuinely wouldn't be where I am today without her persistent attitude and genuine care. Jane is extremely efficient, she always called or emailed me back when she said she was going to which is so important when choosing a solicitor as the process is stressful enough! I have no doubt that anyone that instructs Jane to work on their behalf will be well looked after and the job will get done! Jane and her team really are fantastic. This was our second time using Sussex Law but our first sale/purchase. Everyone involved was professional and extremely helpful. This being our first sale (and of a leasehold property with management agents) we had a lot of additional questions. Jane and her team were incredibly quick to reply and kept us up to date with all matters, no question was too small and even at the height of the stamp duty holiday (when things must have been busy) standards didn't slip. Our buyers solicitors were not as efficient and we are well aware of how lucky we are in having timely communication. We cannot recommended them highly enough and will not use anyone else for future conveyancing.

In the last 30 years I've bought and sold a few properties. I've always found that the key stress to either my purchase or sale was conveyancing. I've used cheap solicitors and expensive solicitors and the same issues keep cropping up. My phone calls were never returned, emails either never answered or answered a week or two later after many many chase up emails and calls, information being lost, solicitors not chasing up the chain and generally being felt that I was always at the bottom of the pile and not a priority. I've finally found a solicitor (Jane Cole) that addresses all these issues. I honestly recommended her for all your conveyancing needs. I wish I found this solicitor many years before as I feel I would have avoided a lot of stress in the past and a couple of my sales would not have collapsed due to slow solicitor response. She responds quickly to all queries and I know my chain was informed immediately whenever there was an update to the process. What I found even more unique was she is not a 9-5, Mon to Fri solicitor that takes afternoons off for golf or long lunches. She would regularly work up until 7pm to 8pm and you were able to contact her. What shocked me more was she worked both Saturday and Sundays. Now in my experience I've never seen a solicitor work with such diligence. She is not your traditional Solicitor where you're made to feel they are doing you a favour. She really does work for you! Why take a risk on the most important transaction of your life. As far as I am concerned I will never use another solicitor and with all honesty anyone that doesn't use Jane Cole is taking an unnecessary risk and stress in their conveyancing. It may sound dramatic but that's the truth. Good luck to anyone that does use her, you'll never have any regrets.
