Abigail McMillan is super-efficient and clearly has a depth of understanding to help reassure you throughout the different t stages of a sale and purchase. She is also personable and a pleasure to deal with. Similarly, Amy Parris make you feel as though you are her only client, providing an exceptional service. Neil Hayes has extensive knowledge on case law examples which helped me to understand individual processes - something that gives me piece of mind. He is reputable and absolutely prepared for any obstacle.

Great job by Neil, Rachel, Lucy and the team on a recent buy to let purchase. The conveyancing was efficient and I was always kept informed of what was happening. However, the mortgage offer was very slow to arrive after a down valuation and some renegotiation with the vendor. When the offer finally arrived we had very little time before the 31st March stamp duty deadline. Rachel promptly sent me the report. To give me the maximum chance of completing before the stamp duty deadline, Neil suggested a simultaneous exchange and completion on the 31st March and got the vendor's solicitor to agree to this. The lender said that they would transfer the money in time but it was a concern that it had not been received on the morning of the 31st. Neil's team got onto the lender's completions manager to ensure that they had all that they needed and persistently chased them. The funds arrived very late in the day and the team kindly worked after hours on this busy day and got the deal completed. A big thank you to all of them!

Anne-Marie Smith was recommended to us by our previous solicitor because of a conflict of interest on our proposed property purchase. We asked Anne-Marie if she would manage to exchange contracts in 12 days. Anne-Marie assured us she had achieved this in the past and would do her utmost for us. Anne-Marie actually achieved the exchange of contracts in 10 days without cutting any corners. Anne-Marie is a quiet, confident, and pleasant person to deal with and we cannot speak too highly of her and her team who were always ready and willing to take our calls at any time. We would absolutely recommend Ann- Marie without any reservations - the job you get depends on the the quality and ability of the person in charge. Our whole process was smooth and efficient and Anne-Marie kept us informed all along the way. We are using her again.
