We have just completed a house sale where we act as Powers of Attorney and I haven't purchased a house for over 17 years. I found CC extremely helpful and understanding. The admin and reception staff were always friendly and helpful when answering the phone and answering general queries. The same can be said for the Conveyancer we were assigned. We had a clear quote and our final invoice was in line with this even though at one stage there was extra work to be done. I was provided with regular updates on progress at critical times and also clear and knowledgeable legal advice when required. Nearing exchange and completion and at those key times we were contacted by email and phone so we knew things were progressing well.
