I would highly recommend Kinherit for all of your Will and end of life planning. Dan was amazing from start to finish. He guided me through the whole process, which, let's face it, isn't one of life's nicest things to have to do. He explained everything to me in an easy, calm and clear way. I never felt rushed and always felt I could contact him with any queries. He answered all my questions. I always felt I was in safe hands. The Kinherit Vault is a revelation. When the process was completed I was introduced to the vault where all my documents are stored and where I can also leave every bit of information that my loved ones will need when the time comes. This has been money well spent and considering what I have received, really good value for money. Previously I had a Will through Free Wills month and Dan was able to highlight how the wording in it could have cost me. This aspect of the service was free of charge. I would encourage anyone to use Kinherit. You won't be disappointed.

The process of sorting my Will was straight forward, the staff well informed and the fact that I was able to do everything online was extremely convenient. The Family Handover Service was something I found really innovative and reassuring. My late mother being a lawyer ensured that the process was incredibly smooth after her death. Having a loved one with early-onset dementia isn't what any person in there 30’s is expecting, the sadness and reality of the situation is shocking. However, what was truly shocking was the knowledge that as my mum was going to get worse, I needed to help her sort a legal power of attorney while she was still able to make the decision to put one in place so we could help her when she could no longer make decisions. Having looked at what was involved and with the huge added complication that my mother had already received an early onset diagnosis it was clear to us we didn’t know where to start and the whole process was simply daunting. I was introduced to the team at Kinherit who through their experience and along with my mothers Doctor were able to set the ball moving for obtaining the correct powers to help my mother in the future. Kinherit guided us every step of the way, answering the silly questions we had and reassuring us. It was amazing to deal with a firm who have the experience in these situations and can clearly explain the steps involved and complete them for you. Months have now passed and my Mum has recently required more care. She is being cared for and she (as well as us) no longer need to worry about the small stuff and we can dedicate our time with Mum on Mum. My whole family have a lot to thank Kinherit for.
