We went with NRG for our property purchase, because Angela Dunlop came highly recommended by the seller's estate agents who had been working with her for years. I'm pleased to say they were not exaggerating and she was excellent. As first time buyers we were were really nervous about the whole process. We'd heard all these horror stories of solicitors being slow and unreachable to the point that it jeopardised the entire transaction. But Angela was quick, efficient, and responsive. Most importantly, she was professional and thorough, and it was just incredibly reassuring to know that we were in safe hands. We got a real sense that she genuinely cares about a job well done.

As a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect of the conveyancing process. NRG were fast, reliable and responsive from the moment I first contacted them. They are also fairly priced and vowed to update me if there would be any unforeseen costs. Sarah Turner has been brilliant and very supportive throughout this process which has been highly stressful due to various issues which cropped up along the way. Over the 12 weeks, there were points at which I was in daily contact with Sarah and felt the advice she offered was also professional and effective. I will be recommending Sarah, and NRG as a whole, to friends and family going through the house-purchase process and will certainly be coming back myself in the future.
