My experience with Novum Law was exceptional. Rebecca was so helpful initially with my father and then with myself once my Dad had passed away. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always there to explain things when needed. The whole process of my claim, from start to finish, was very lengthy but very thorough. It was overseen by one person, Rebecca Ryan. This made it so much easier and smoother than having to speak to someone different each time. It helped that I had also met her when she came out to discuss the claim and collect information.
