Applying for any Visa can be a minefield, and at times overwhelming. I have paid 1,320.00£ for "Assistance with Further Leave to Remain - spouse" , agent in charge of my case was Steph Revelle. They have been very helpful and always responded within 1 day even during the Christmas holidays due to last minute adjustments. I have used SVS for my initial application and the extension also, both of which were successful. Due to the thorough and good work done by these solicitors my application was approved within 2 weeks which I believe is swifter than most applications, I did not have to submit any further documents past the initial submission. All in all, it seems like a large amount for something that could be theoretically done by yourself, but I believe it is worth it to not take risks on such an important application.

We successfully had our visa extended and got the end result we needed, with lots of helpful guidance along the way including booking appointments, current timelines, and next steps. If you want someone to go over your application with a fine-tooth comb and make sure that you've not missed anything and have the best chance of your application being successful, I would recommend Steph at Select Visa Services. She was cheerful on the phone (even sometimes after hours, when it was crunch time) and knowledgable about potential pitfalls to avoid. Sometimes the questions on the form a slightly ambiguous and her knowledge really helped us to interpret those correctly. All in all, we were thoroughly pleased with the service. The price is a little higher compared to some of the other available options. Nevertheless, we felt it was worth it for the peace of mind of making sure we had everything in order from a specialist at an OISC registered company that knows the process well. From application date to visa decision, it took about 2 weeks on the normal non-priority route. Thank you Steph for all your help along the way. It would have been so much more stressful without your help. When it comes to reapplying, we know who we'll be in contact with!
